WORKING ON THAT BEACHBODY

I've been on and off my fitness journey ever since college, and it definitely has not been a consistent ride, it has actually been more like a roller coaster. I have tried all the fad diets, multiple gym classes, I even bought a Peloton bike, but for some reason nothing stuck. Now, I can't really fault the diets or programs, because there wasn't anything wrong with them, they were just not sustainable for me personally. I love sweets too much to give them up entirely, and let's be honest, who wants to go to the gym at 7pm after working all day in the dead of winter?? Definitely not me! I stumbled upon Beachbody through instagram, and I am happy to report I am two weeks into my first program, Morning Meltdown 100. Two weeks doesn't seem like a lot, but I have worked out EVERY DAY for two weeks, and that is something I have not done ever in my life. I can do this program from anywhere, at any time which is amazing, especially while I was traveling for the holidays. In addition to the workouts, I gained a community of amazing, inspiring women also chugging along on their individual journeys. It is so inspiring to see everyone waking up, kicking ass in their workouts, then taking on the day. If a mother of 2 that runs a company can get her workout in at 5am, I surely can get my lazy ass out of bed! Follow my whole fitness journey on instagram @aartale!
